It is crucial to have an onboarding structure in place to help your new hires become effective quickly. This simple and easy-to-implement review process I have to share with you will help you put a formalized process in place that will benefit you and your new hires. It will encourage your new hires to take ownership of their development while helping you understand if they are feeling engaged at work and if your company is meeting their expectations. It can also help you identify what worked well in the onboarding process and what you can do better in the future.
