I get into why it’s so hard to find employees in today’s labor shortage and what you can do to attract talent in this market. There are three major factors that are making it challenging for employers to fill roles, but there are ways to address those concerns and create an attractive work environment for people on the job hunt.

I share what employees are prioritizing and ways that small businesses can capitalize on their agility and flexibility in ways that larger corporations can’t do as easily. I give suggestions for how you can set your company up in a way that will attract candidates now, and in the future, to cultivate a sustainable and solid team.
