Implement These 3 Rituals to Help Your Remote Team Work Better

Many people expect HR professionals to know the perfect way to approach remote work but we're really figuring this whole thing out right alongside you. I can't say I've perfected it but I have done a lot of reading and research on the matter. So how do we do this best? I'm going to be sharing some of my favorite tools, exercises, and rituals for remote work!

First and foremost, it's okay to give yourself some grace. You don't know what you don't know, allow yourself to test and try to see what works best for your business. Then, in order to make virtual work better, you have to get intentional with it! It's not as simple as just moving your workplace norms online, because as we've all realized, this doesn't quite work.

As you consider which rituals may work best for your team, you want to make sure the goal is clear. You also want to think about time and set a clear meeting cadence so that people aren't getting distracted or bored.
